If I remember correctly it used to say "Guild chat and recruiting" now it just says guild recruiting

There is no rule about it. The forum CLEARLY SAYS Guild RECRUITING, not spam.

Guilds have a GUILD CHAT feature. Go to MY GUILD -> GUILD CHAT
