yes it does.... the same item # on the same ip (ie duped items) will cause 1 of the 2 if not both to poof

E: if the 2 items never meet on the same ip all will be good

With VERY few of these on east nl and probably even fewer ppl that still play drop the chances of this poofing (if unperm) to less then .001%

wrong....

i have had mules perming in a game and unperm items poof with no one ever entering the game..
it is possible for blizzard to do a scan and poof it

Unperms are Unperms they can poof anytime anywhere. They dont have to meet with another to poof.

all they have to do is be on the same ip as each other
