imo failed scams should be lockable as well

i already stated that theres tons of transactions the month i bought it and when i bought i left no comment and i don't remember who sold it to me.

its pretty pathetic how u see many 05's, 06's and 07's trying to scam lately with .08 items, willing to throw away their d2jsp accounts because they cant sell much in this economy ...yet they fail hard anyway
