imo if the trade happened years ago it is no longer your responsibility. There is soooo much that could happen in that year and you can't be held accountable.

If the Fletch was in circulation for OVER two years, supposedly, then it wouldn't have poofed. Sorry, but the chances of it not clashing are slim to none. I personally think that DXH either swapped it out on purpose or accident, or Ashikaga is just doing a fake accusation. Regardless, there's no way to TRULY know. Everything is based purely on theory and preference of one user to another. So in other words, again, don't refund. You just came back to D2, didn't you, arudy15? Don't you think it's a little weird that out of the blue someone is trying to make you refund for an item you sold 2+ years ago? That's ridiculous, don't refund that shit.

after it passes your hands and the person you sold it to sells it, it becomes that sellers responsibility. Not yours.

I agree with this and won't accept a refund from anyone but DXHKhanthos.

If someone was to swap an item it is not the original owners fault.
The original owner has no control of what others may do and are not responsible.

oh plz... ashikaga would never scam anyone. as gm as they come. vouch him any time.

however, i dont think its the original owner's responsibilty, only the person who sold it to ashikaga is responsible.

btw, ashi, should join the conc ladder imo should get darc to stop being lazy and join too
