among barb builds only conc is considered melee. but in that case, jewelry depends upon who youre facing and what gear youre using

hl/ravens if you can hit them just fine
one gelics/one ravens if you have a little trouble hitting them
full gelics if you cant hit them for shit

for bvc... i have no idea. i dont bvc
