Add in dex to get MB with SS and rest in vit. If you don't know that much you probably shouldn't waste the time making a barb because they aren't easy to make good.

BvC = With the proper gear, you will need no Str/Dex, all Vit....
BvB = Same as above, but achieve Max Block w/ the proper amount of Dex, rest into Vit....
