So my friend Seth, http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=592929
had these slipps for a while ( at this time he had Creations ( yes_imchase) to test them for a period of 3 weeks they were ofc fine)

then i restarted d2 <_< again...
and he was kind enough to give me them with a hdin :D

i had them retested by chase ( http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=461405 ) for another period of 3 weeks, and ofc they are still fine!

So i am now selling them as PERM

Item testing HELPS to prove permness, but does not guarantee it.

A "perm" item tested for a long time can poof 5 games later. Nobody knows when.

but what it can show is it is in fact a perm item just w/o a known history
i had a fletch tested a few days ago and it poofed first clash, that test seemed to work pretty well

This is very true. Testing provides a good indication that the item may be perm'd however.

Vouch that i tested an arma slipper for this user.
