Ethereal helms cost double, as only ethereal input can get ethereal output.
Automods on input item do not stay. The ONLY thing that matter for Imbueing is the Base item type, character level, and if it's ethereal or not. Item quality(Superior/Broken) and Auto mods have no effect.
ilvl of item = clvl +4 therefore:
Clvl 36 -> LLD Item 100% of the time.
Clvl 46 -> Always possible to get +2 Class Skills on a class item.
Clvl 86 -> Always possible to get +2 Class Skills on a non class item. 3 staff mods on an item that can have staff mods
