And sure Grief is better than this, but Grief is in a league of it's own, it doesn't get beat by anything except near 100% perfect Rares.
That said, pretty nice weapon, yes it's a PB so the weapon has low damage, but it's stupidly fast, 70 IAS is 4FPA Fury, Fools gives Damage/AR etc.

There isn't a single melee Druid who doesn't use grief pb. If they say otherwise theyre full of shit or broke. This weapon is still hella gfg though. Gl
