I would have to say that your actions suggest only that you have some issues with insecurity. If that is true than obviously you wouldn't admit to it (so, if anything, your denial further suggests that I was correct). You don't owe me anything, however, you owe it to yourself to look in the mirror and tell yourself that you're strong, confident, and intelligent at least three times a day for the next month.
