Your logic doesn't make any sense. The reason that prices go down is because of the supply/demand. There is too much supply and not enough demand. .08/.09 items can't spawn anymore so there cannot therefore be any more supply. As people lose these items (deleted account, hacked, etc) the supply goes down even more. As these items get older collectors come and will want these items. Therefore price would go up instead of remain the same. Not only that but these are useful items, not just rare (ex: .08 ss is 219str req'd so -- collectors item)
