To be more precise, he changed his mind and decided he didn't want to spend the money on the fg. FG was still in Mediators possession etc. Not a scam, just taking money back from the site. Since no exchange of goods has taken place it's an entirely reasonable action/occurrence.

All I'm saying is that nothing illegal took place, no scam took place, and nothing immoral took place.

njaguar/this site is legally/contractually perfectly justified to ban/lock/scammer tag anyone at any time for any reason, or for no reason at all. That doesn't make it ethical, or reasonable.
