Go to My Computer, or Computer, you can probably find this somewhere in the start menu or the desktop
Click on C:
Click on the Windows folder
Find System32

Ok i think the problem is that you have an overflow somewhere (too many files have backedup)
Click on System32 and delete it, after that open up your bot, and it should have a message
let me know what that message is
are u sure that this is all d2stuff i dont want to delete any of the files of my computer
