we've been over this a few times in the past couple months

all ebug 4 soc wirefleeces are unperm

they were duped when/after they had been made into a runeword...therefore they had an item code, and therefore are unperm

There can be MANY copies of items, but stats will always differ. Kingslayer besides this one that Ive seen is in a balrog blade, this is the first conquest sword ive seen ever.
