It only works some times, some of the IP's aren't even accessible, and sometimes they're realmed too. It's fucking hilarious.
Most of the time I get an ip so far away that I lag and all I can do is perm mules / xfer with a friend there.

true but as soon as you disconnect from hotspot your r/d is cleared usually. has been for me for like the past 50+ times i got r/d

lol this wouldnt work if the CMD didnt work. All depends on how long the r/d is that was issued by Bnet.

CMD doesnt work because of static IP's, rebooting comp/unpluging internet doesnt change a static IP either

only reason it works for you is either because you dont have a static IP (where CMD is easier) or the r/d time limit ran out (in which case none of your steps did anything but waste time)
