Legit = they wont poof, they are legit
Perm - they have a lower chance to poof due to less item ids
Unperm = they have a higher chance to poof due to more item ids
This has been a d2 lessonincorrect
perm means the item was duped before .09 when item codes were established, thus it is a duplicate of an item but since all items that went into .09 patch were given differnet item codes they cannot poof unless reduped after that. And items poof by two items having the same item code while on a single server at the same time.
perm: short for permanent;
permanent: will not poof/ not unperm
