What is a good setup, item wise?

Griffons, COH, Stormshield, Eshutas with a facet, Arach Sash, Magefists, Treks or WWs, Light skillers, torch/ Anni and small lifers. Make sure your merc has an infinity - and good luck. Ah, and 2 SOJs. If you take off arach, you'd need to make up the FCR with your rings.

I have a PvM lit sorc at 95 and I use shako ,hoto, stormshield, tgod, waterwalks, coh, fcr gloves, bk and fcr rare ring. oh and 30 dex 3 lit ammy :)). I can easily solo hell.

forget griffons and forget arach....they're useless for pvm

Ya, I'm definitely pvm. So SS over Spirit Monarch? That means I'm gonna need a lot of strength then. : /

eschutas/spirit/shako/frosties/2xsoj/arachs/treks (or marrowwalks if maxblock)/vmagi (would suggest socketed with 15res/9str or energy jewel) hits 105fcr tele bp...and 117 fcr bp for light (would also use 9xlight lifers and life/mana scs)

Don't need any more then that. I tele fast enough that mobs can't touch me when I land in a group of them.

It seems to me, Leafy, that you have made up for a lack of FCR and FHR through tremendous skill. I think since this is Professor's first lightning sorceress, it may be safe to assume he does not have your teleporting prowess. I would recommend faster cast rate and faster hit recovery.
