got a system for my car but one problem I got a reciever and faceplate but the deal thats in there now is the original thing that came with the car no cd-player or anything and its an awkward oval shape and I dont want to buy one with a cd player and stuff just so the new stuff i got fits could i take the old one out cover the hole with plastic and cut a slot out to fit what i have now?
