ok..well ..here is the deal then.....
if you can get on west...when you try to log into east..does it say restricted? or does it just say your account has been closed [8] ? ( [8] is code for botting or breaking tos ..like chat abbuse etc..) ( [2] is for other stuff and they arent temp)
if it says your connection is restricted. then no east for 2 months at all.. if it says your account has been closed..then you can probably still make another account or play on a different one if you got one.
now if it just says your connection is restricted..just change your i.p. address..

well..change i.p. addresses then..if that dont work..then it is directly tied to the cd key itself..
