Seriously though, could be a lymph node by what you're describing. Also is it painful when you touch the area or discolored? Also, is it firm in its placement or seem to move around under your skin?

It wasn't painful but once I noticed it in the shower I was squeezing it and pushing it around. Now it hurts and is a little swollen, it's not really discolored. It's kida placed but can move around too.
