Seriously though, could be a lymph node by what you're describing. Also is it painful when you touch the area or discolored? Also, is it firm in its placement or seem to move around under your skin?

its not cancer or anything its called a hygiene problem learn to use a cloth rag or one of those scrub things chicks use, using the bar of soap on your hand and spreading the soap around just dont work.

and if you pop it puss comes out just to let you know so do it in the shower rofl

its just from not cleaning your shit enough or just sweating to much around your nuts

do you have jock itch also? when i had jock itch this happened
