Here's the problem:

You have no ds/cs so your max dmg is 816 pvp. (4900/6)

This wont ear my lvl14 in one hit, let alone other 18s.

You have no ability to block, thus making it very easy to hit you.

You have very low life for lvl18, should be 1k at least.

Great build for slaying pubs/rands but in duels I would be concerned for his safety.
