if the sacred targe has 55%block ya its better if not its the rondache im thinking of

vortex shield has WAY more smite dmg, sacred targe only has higher block

its a sacred targe, you got 60 % block with.

people use vortex probably for the +def on it. btw vortex shield have 51% block
