how do i reset the IP by using the RUN command?

since ive been R/D 4 like 3 hours now

Click on Start -> Run...in the box you type in "CMD".

That'll bring up a "DOS" prompt.

In there, type "ipconfig /release" and then type "ipconfig /renew"

Depending on your setup (and ISP), this may or may not actually change your IP address.
