Torching is simple bro. PM me if you ever need help with the build/gear etc. Ive had many smiters during my off/on d2 career and ive always played hardcore and ive never had one die.. not one. My smiters easily finish trist runs in 3-4 mintues solo and sometimes less then that if someone is the target for me.

where you running salvation? Agaist meph you ALWAYS run salvation even if you have 300+ stacked res. His conviction is gg :( Ive heard many ppl say they dont need it but i like to do my run fast, but more importantly care-free with no stress or worries of dieing. After meph is done switch to fana and it should be no problem.

Did you have someone as the target for you? Its so easy to own trist if someone takes care of the petty monsters.

Also i always run with 2 ravenfrosts. I never have a problem with res or convvtion and once im faded there isnt a monster in diablo 2 that can do a significant amount of dmg. Fire enchanted, amped w/e..

Maybe you already know this i dont know thought id try to help, also this is just my opinion and everyone does things a bit differently.

I havent really been torching much lately even though ubertrist is my favorite thing about diablo 2.. check out the s/s in my prof and youll see why. i feel i have been fufilled. :D
