A bit of a pain to get mine. Had to cube 3 io runes to make smoke. Funny though now because I have stacked resist with a HOTO/Spirit. in Hell ofc
Nightmare count runs gives 1 io per 10-12 runs. Takes a bit but once you have smoke you can venture into Hell pretty easily.
My Finds so far:
Nightwings +13 cold damage
150/18 Ravens
Ncoil
Glimmershed throwing axe (decent for zealer)
Runes to make 4 insights, 4 spirits, 1 smoke, 1 HOTO.
