all skill quests done
all anya, cain, frigid soldiers, jade/book quests done

its the only character in the acct.
highest bidder gets acct name and password.

you'd offer the services of leveling someone elses char the same way... grush / quest services, in my events :). this one you couldn't TECHNICALLY sell because you are not aloud to sell accnt names / passwords / char names.
