sadly, pb cant drop eth
there's only one way to get here, as far as I know
thats an eth crystal (rare) w/ 400+ ed and excellent mods
upped to pb, it will retain eth mod as well as thiose it drops with
but will not be rune-wordable

aside from this, botd pb (non-eth) is the only choice available

True. Items that spawn as indestructible cannot have eth mod.
Exceptions are uniques that only spawn with both mods (eg. shadow killer assn claw)
