i thoguht max skills on anything was capped at like +3 or some shit

that refers to + skills that are not class specific eg. cta is + 6 bo but not for barbarian only class, it's for all classes so it's capped at +3 for barbs

the weapon is +7 ele for druid only so it's not capped......understand now
