Even if it was worth something.. it would be worth almost nothing.
Think about it logically.The time you took to ID that, think, screen, upload, then post.
You could of had like 5-6 more runs in.. which in the end = high % chance of finding better items.

This is also why people say Mfdins with less MF but can kill faster = higher % for finds.
