im going level 85

should i do enuf str 4 my monarach thats it"

Yes enough str for spirit and then the rest vita but you will need another set up with stormshield for when facing melee people unless your pvm then dont wory about that

i always max oak last, unless you get to level 95 where everything is max

and id have a 163/99 coa setup, nn stormshield
