perf saphire i think gives 38 mana?

(is it vex rune?) gives 5% to max. My maximum mana after bo and everything is around 4k but im not sure what the game considerers your max mana. Which will add more?

id say vex cuz even if ur base mana was 1000 then u would get +50 to mana 12 better than 38
