yup! I hit all the right breakpoints and such
completely maxed out speed and damage
and yes i do have base strength and yes if you use all the gear shown below you will also be able to have base strength on your zon as well
i do very well in duels with this amazon her charms are mostly kinda crap tho so if you buy her gear i will give you any of them you want for free

ideally you would fill your inventory with fine small charms of inertia or fine small charms of vita
aka 3max/20ar/3%frw or 3/20/20's

if u got 37x of either of these or a mixture of them or charms close to as good as them depending on preference then you would be extremely powerful

i mostly have +dex charms and such currently in my inventory which are alright

also if you so choose and can afford it you could theoretically achieve maxed out resists if you filled ur inventory with like 21 or 22 or 23 or w/e 20life/5resist small charms.... and then the rest 3/20/20s possibly
and then you could maybe actually put a decent amount into vita... basically you could theoretically achieve probably about 2k life without any bo and still have a lot into dex with max block on switch and also have maxed resists and huge damage

basically put all your stats into dex except for maybe some in vita if you want
in my experience a lot of life is nice to have but not totally necessary so it is simply personal preference

as for skills just put 1 in light fury and 1 in jab for ur switch
and then for ur passives put 1 in valk 1 in pierce and a few in dodge avoid evade enough to get them to like level 16 after all your gear adds to skills and for critical strike put in enough to get it to like level 24 i think after ur gear
max out guided and put 1 in strafe maybe 1 in freezing arrow and like 10 or so in multi
put remaining points in whatever u want i guess like strafe maybe or penetrate or valk or javelin stuff its all good just personal preference of what helps you

i wasn't planning on making a bin but since u asked i guess if i was going to sell it like RIGHT now and not let it run for a couple days like i was planning...
670fg would be a sufficient bin amount

and a quite fair one too if i might add especially since its all just so easy i just basically typed u all a guide here
