i tested this. The -resist dont work on traps but the +increased damage does. My traps do about 800 more damage with griffions then with a shako. before i sold my trapper i had 15k trap damage with my 3/3 trap claw and almost perf griffons.
its actually an impossible test since the trap damage varies from 1-12k or so
it cud get a roll that does 1 dmg or 12k dmg
but its known that both the + and - dmg does not effect from facets/griffons on traps because traps are considered minions when u cast them not actual damage the assassin itself is inflicting
