this item needs eth repair and 2 socket to be worth it, cuz ebotd has such stats:
30 all stats = 90%ed (1str = 1%ed, so 30 vita, 30 dex, 30 str = 90ed)
+ 415 ed = 505 ed, and 60ias, lets not forget about this

so no use on this :/
