because cyclone armor is more useful + its a synergy and gives dmg to tornado + hurricane(well just more seconds to it not dmg)

its a synergy juss adds dmg the first 4 are crucial

many different variations just giving him the most common

hes only leveling up to 85 so oak is pretty important but still at least a few solid base points into it and you can max twister first if you like

level 94 would have maxed all with 1 point in bear

i dont do bear i do wolfs are much weasier to jump casters

Yeah so get a stormshield for when you face melee characters since i know a coa is out of your price range preferably a ber'd stormshield
