The graphics so called part of the computer. Tells you how good your "capability" is. So like if you have a good video card ya know?

well my moniter on my other comp wont work i mean
my computer starts up and everything loads and stuff
and the moniter just says No Signal

Make sure it's plugged into your computer.

If your computer is stone age and doesn't support flat panel wide screen it could also do that.
