Too bad you know nothing then?
40 poison resist goes a LONG way with es sorcs.. Tard.
It's essentially the only resist that DOES matter. An' this is perfect poison res.

res dont effect the damage the is taken out of mana by energy shield

However poison resist being low will make your life drop how fast reguardless of how much mana and 95% es?
