So no matter what inet I connect to this thing always starts off decent then after 1-5 minutes completely stops downloading... I assume it is the ISP that is causing this. Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

are you dling multiple things at once?

Yes it's your ISP

I'd recommend using a proxy and seeing if that changes anything.

Make sure you use Peer Guardian while downloading torrents too.
