yeah spirit sword is best for this for lld, not that you really need the fcr and all that but just easier to get 2 rand spirits then 2 things like this.
and obv for hld barb people use hotos, 3bo cta and wc sticks.
only place something like this would be useful is for a lvl 18 barb. a rare or magic 1 wc weapon is handy
