like what? -15% req should be used on the item require highest strength, and if so that 9 strength is wasted since no other item needs that extra strength anymore

sorry for more spam, but think of it this way.

put it in an SS makes it 133str req, is +39 str, adds 57AR, and 9 dex. allowing zealots and BvBs to use higher str armors with less points into str.

put it in a 504 arreats, massively lowered, essentially offering the same thing for bvb's, freeing up life.

zealots and BvB's like to use sacred armors, requiring 222 for eth and 232 for non eth.

this jewel should go in only those two items.

Even for a Coa

exactly. zealot will use this in an SS, and with it you can use a VERY low base str setup and use a 15dr coa with 15ias jewels for an EDZ setup.

still curious :)P

put that jewel in coa instead of SS would save more strength
