it's non eth, low ed, and doesn't have 2 soc... unless this would hit the fury BP with a shael or 40/15ias it's pretty well useless...

the fools mod on this weapon makes up for the frail dmg that PBs have to offer, and the socket spot allows you to hit Max frames in werewolf

(although, i originally thought it was 65%ias on a pb..)
