eth arreats has a lot of variable price b/c of the rarity but also because of the rarity of the users looking for them. If you're willing to sit on it a long time you can get alot, but it's not like a common ISO that will sell in 24-48 hours. Maybe take a week or two to get a nice BIN/Offer.
