This piece is pretty good. I would say that this is the best blizz orb in realm so far, Death Fhatom is good imo, but I would recommend this hardly since it gives Cold Mastery AND Blizzard.

check the dictionary for "hardly" i think you misread its meaning

this orb is not to be compared with df, because where it finds use (lvl49pvp & duel league) df is not available.
