ofcourse there is a chance this thing could be perm
you just need some time to proove it
get a good friend on d2jsp and join baalruns with him etc
show that this thing isnt poofable

for people its just hard to trust that items can still be perm because dupers have fucked up the realms
just keep this belt for a while, play with it and offer it again after some months and have a guy trusted on d2jsp to vouch for you
