after 90 days of not playing one of my old accounts does it not exist anymore or do the characters just expire?

I'm trying to get one of my accounts back from like 04 but I don't know if I'm getting the pass word wrong or if it poofed. plz help me out

it poofed. 90 days = chars expire +another 30days for accnt to expire. so a total of 120 days = accnt goes poof.
