this circ is 100% legit. it was found by alex (al_godownerboy) in patch 1.10. He gave it in patch 1.11 to jeff (golham) after few month jeff traded the circ to me (waltama ) i used it for 2 month then jeff(golham) wanted it back i gived it to him . after 1 month jeff(golham) gave it to me because he was quitting d2. so i got this circlet since this day.
