Who thinks up these rules? Thats just plain dumb. Its almost as if they are creating the accounts and "letting" them win just to lock them. As if to lure us in for purchasing tickets....

If u buy 1 ticket and u win... then = Not Locked.... but some ppl can get 1 Ticket... but use like 100 ips... so they get more chance those get locked.
