So basically, I've been around JSP for a while. But as stated above, I stopped playing D2 altogether. Now I'm back and want to have a little fun.
Obviously, PvP will never go out of fashion, but I never really found the need to PvP with nothing at stake. I used to PvP with my friends for SOJs or ForumGold once in a while, but that was way back when I played religiously. So, I was thinking. Why not try this.

I'll try and set up a tournament. Maybe.. at 16 player tournament. Good Mannered only. Though the use of unperms are allowed. Basically, it'll be best of 5 until 4 players are left. From there, we'll have a best of 7.

The prize would probably be as followed:

1st Place : 100 Forum Gold
2nd Place : 50 Forum Gold
3rd Place : 25 Forum Gold

To begin with, I'll probably just use my own FG to give out the prizes. Though afterwards, if this 'tournament' gets good responses, I can ask for a low entrance fee to make the prize pool bigger.

Let me know what you guys think.. If this is not allowed, then please let me know, and I won't post this kind of thread again.

I was thinking every class is allowed since each takes a certain amount of skill..

And, if people are willing to do this, then I'll post in events for a signup list and make a bracket with full rules / details

Well, from when I played.. every class had its strong points.. If I remember correctly... max block blizz sorcs were overpowered also
