yes most lv16's seek max/ar/life gc's but 7%r/w is very decent
i would keep and find someone asking for lld melee
there are plenty of lv18's out there

lvl21 bowas use 3/20/15lifer sc's
lvl9 bowas use, well.. lvl9lc/gc's

lvl18bowa could use it very easily
just get 9 more. haha!
